1. Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and m99m ("Platform", "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, services, products and all features available on the m99m platform.

By completing the registration process or simply browsing this platform, you confirm that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must stop using the m99m platform immediately.

m99m operates under international licensing and offers online gambling services covering slots, live casino, sports betting and 4D lottery to eligible adult players.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration for an m99m account is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above only. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances. If a user is found to be under 21 years of age at the time of registration or at any point thereafter, m99m reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances without compensation.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only allowed to hold one account at m99m. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, identity card details or device information, is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts that are detected will be suspended and all balances will be frozen pending investigation.

2.3 Registration Information

Users must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. This includes full name as per MyKad, an active mobile number, a valid email address and correct payment details. m99m reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Information that is found to be false or misleading will result in the account being closed immediately.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Security

Users are fully responsible for the security of their login details including username and password. m99m will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to user negligence. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact the m99m support team via live chat or email immediately.

3.2 Account Use

An m99m account is for the personal use of the account holder only. Transferring, selling or allowing another party to use your account is prohibited. All transactions carried out through your account are considered to have been made by the registered account holder.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

m99m accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions must use payment methods registered in the name of the account holder only.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM50 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods
• Normal withdrawal processing time: Within 1 hour after approval is processed

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered in the name of the same m99m account holder. m99m reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal to ensure compliance with security procedures. Withdrawals that require further review may take longer than the normal processing time.

m99m does not charge any internal processing fees for deposits or withdrawals, however charges imposed by third-party payment service providers are outside our control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

m99m offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. Example calculation: a deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM200, giving a playing balance of RM300. The wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount — in this example, RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM600, a bonus of RM500 will be given, bringing the balance to RM1,100, with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following conditions:

• Bonuses are credited automatically after the qualifying deposit is confirmed
• Wagering requirements must be met within the period specified for each promotion
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering conditions
• m99m reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Bonus abuse, including coordination between accounts, will result in winnings being voided and the account being closed

5.3 VIP Programme

The m99m VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.8%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.2%). Tier upgrades depend on user activity and engagement on the platform. m99m reserves the right to review a user's VIP status based on account activity.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the m99m platform are operated in accordance with their respective game rules. Game results generated by a random number generator (RNG) or live dealers are final and cannot be disputed. In the event of a technical error during a game session, m99m reserves the right to void or refund the relevant bets at the platform's discretion.

Users are advised to understand the rules and mechanics of each game before playing. Unfamiliarity with the rules cannot be used as grounds to claim a refund.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the m99m platform:

• Use of automated software, bots or scripts to access or play on the platform
• Any form of fraud, manipulation or exploitation of system vulnerabilities
• Coordination between multiple accounts to gain an advantage in games or bonuses
• Attempting to alter, copy or interfere with the integrity of the platform's software or database
• Spreading false or misleading information about m99m
• Transfer of funds between accounts for the purpose of avoiding wagering requirements
• Using an account for money laundering or other illegal financial activities

8. Privacy and Data Security

m99m takes the privacy and security of users' personal information seriously. 10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the m99m support team via live chat or email. Before closure, ensure all pending transactions have been settled and any eligible balance has been withdrawn in accordance with the relevant terms.

10.2 Closure by m99m

m99m reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions in this document
• Suspected fraud or money laundering activity
• User found to be under 21 years of age
• Registration information provided is found to be false
• Legal compliance requirements or instructions from authorities

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which m99m is registered and operates under international licensing. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through m99m's internal process. If internal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant jurisdiction.
